Recipe: Raspberry Chipotle Pork Chops

I'm not generally a huge fan of pork chops... I'm more of a tenderloin lover myself. But I tried a sample of these pork chops at Central Market the other day, and I just knew I had to make them. They are very easy and take about 10 minutes to make... including the prep time. A fabulous dinner thrown together in mere minutes...


Raspberry Chipotle Pork Chops

2 lb Pork Sirloin Chops
1 t Kosher Salt
1 T Canola Oil
1/2 C Fischer & Wieser Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

Preheat oven to 450. Season chops with CharCrust and salt. In an ovenproof skillet, saute the chops in oil for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and generously brush both sides with sauce and bake for 5 minutes. Serve with additional sauce if needed.

**Also good with F&W Blueberry Chipotle Sauce

I paired the pork chops with brown rice & parmesan roasted broccoli... yum.
